Kalahari Restaurant and Theatres Theatre goers and lovers of the arts in the Southern Cape will soon have the opportunity to share in the country’s best productions and experience our top artists in action. Till now this part of the country has had to be contented with the crumbs of the theatre scene.It is with great pride and lots of enthusiasm that we announce the birth of a new franchise, the Kalahari Restaurant and Theatres. The first one will open its doors during September in George. It will also be the first commercial theatre of its size (400 seats) to open in this region. The theatre opens on Friday 10 September with Clint & Co. A sneak preview of the theatre and restaurant will be held on Saturday 4 September – and this is a FREE surprise show open to everyone.
