Fancourt Hotel & Country Club Estate Fancourt is South Africa’s premier golf resort, with all three of our golf courses ranked in the Top 10 in South Africa (2012 Golf Digest rankings) as Best Conditioned Courses, The Links ranked No. 2, Montagu ranked 6, and Outeniqua ranked 9. The Montagu
The Montagu course has recently re-opened following a revamp. Each of the 18 holes has changed, with new placements for holes one and nine. Players will enjoy better playability, a greater challenge and a more aesthetically pleasing course. The course is around 350m longer, thus creating a greater challenge. Although the course will play tougher, a set of five tee boxes has been introduced so that each golfer can decide at what level of toughness to play. The Outeniqua
This 18-hole parkland course, which took shape under master golfer Gary Player, offers surroundings of mountains, water and wildlife. And as a round on the Outeniqua course is limited to members, their guests and resort guests only, there is ample time and space to savour the golfing experience. The Links
This inland links course presents an undulating, windswept terrain with dune-style landscaping, and is the only such course in South Africa. Home of The Presidents Cup 2003, this Gary Player designed course is set in the most peaceful and scenic area on the Fancourt Estate. Every hole has received detailed attention to ensure that the overall balance in terms of length, position of hazards, and shot values are in harmony, resulting in a stern test in all weather conditions. Bramble Hill
Bramble Hill is a parkland course with links features, offering the golfer a good mix of the Fancourt’s three other courses: The Montagu, The Outeniqua and The Links. The Bramble Hill golf course is open to the public, and has been designed to give golfers of every level a true Fancourt experience. Facilities The Montagu
